100% gluten free bagels, muffins, and more

Gluten free and freaking great.

We here on the Central Coast have so much going for us:

 ✔️ A warm, temperate climate

 ✔️ Beautiful coastal scenery

 ✔️ Affordable housing and the water resources to support it

Friends, for the first time in centuries, it's time to add another checkmark:

 ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ Fresh bagels that aren't hot garbage

"Um, by my count, that's five checkmarks." Yes, I know. These bagels are that good. They're crusty, chewy, and like everything else I make, completely gluten free.

That's worth at LEAST four checkmarks and my banana bread and muffins are worth another three, so if anything, five is an undercount.
